Our primary goal at SNB is to guarantee customer satisfaction while using our Digital channels by providing the best customer experience through developing new exciting features in our application. This update includes:

Easier transfers: you can now make a one-time transfer to any SNB customer.

Investment and savings hub: Showing all investment and saving services on a dedicated page in the app, to showcase the total amount of your investments with a quick access to each feature.

Virtual cards: get a virtual card for a credit, prepaid, or "Lak" card, with the option to easily request your physical card.

Supplementary cards: you can now issue an additional card for your family members through Credit Cards Services.

Points calculator for "Loyalty & Rewards": see the points earned or redeemed for each card.

SNB in Apple Wallet: add all your cards to Apple Wallet app by selecting SNB Mobile from the shortcuts to view all your cards and add them to the wallet easily.

New Features to “My Family” Service: request a new "Lak" card for your child during opening a new child account for minors under 15, along with improvements to how family members are displayed.

Additional Enhancements:

• Downloading the MT103 message for your international transfer.
• Improved display of the accounts total balance in the Dashboard.
• View or download your personal finance contract or promissory note via after-sales services.
• Quick access to adding a beneficiary within SNB or Local by clicking on “Transfers” if you have previously copied an account number or IBAN.
• Improvements to auto lease and residential finance’s after-sales services.
• Improving SADAD bill refund service.
• Enhancement on the display of standing order details.
