It's now easier to find the right support. A new area gives you quick access to your manager, branch and support line contacts in a simpler, more personalised way. We've also made the option to have your salary paid into your account easier to find.
For MB WAY purchases made using a mobile number, you'll go straight to the purchase details, so you can review the information and decide more quickly. And if something doesn't go as expected with an MB WAY or 3DS purchase, clearer messages will help you understand what happened.
We've also made State payments simpler: you can receive your confirmation code by push notification, as well as by SMS.
We've made other improvements to make your experience simpler and more intuitive.
