New features in mygov to help you handle your daily tasks more easily:

• Complete every step, from application to certificate download, in a single conversation via the AI chatbot.
• Track the requests you submit via the Support section under a single request number.

New services from the Ministry of Health:

• View your child’s medical birth certificate data (Form 103) without leaving home.
• Access the medical death certificate data (Form 106) of your first-degree relatives through the app.

New services from the State Examination Center:

• Check your electronic exam results in just a few taps.
• Keep track of information about your civil service interviews.
• Access your civil service certificate data.
• Review information about professional accountant certificates.
