Surfr. is the first app that enables touch-free, live communication on the water, between people on the water, and between the water and at home. Including features that allow the user to make an alarm or trace another person in case of emergency. Set up your safety contacts and we share your 'beacon' the moment you hit the water, allowing your contacts to follow you and your well-being, as well as communicate with you.

Get detailed, hour-by-hour wind forecasts for any spot, powered by multiple forecast models. Set custom wind alerts so you're the first to know when conditions hit your sweet spot. Never miss a window again.

BEACON SAFETY
Set up safety once in your profile. You add the emergency contacts you trust and the app shows you how the beacon behaves on your device. Once finished: the beacon is on, and it arms itself every time you record.

Your contacts can then follow your session live. They see where you are, and get a heartbeat every few minutes telling them all is well.

If you need them, one alarm from your wrist reaches every contact at once, with your last known position. Your safety contacts can message you to check in.

LIGHT MODE
A full light theme across the app, opening as a beta. Dark stays the default until you switch it on in settings.

NOTIFICATION CONTROL
A new preferences screen for what reaches you, muting per rider, and separate settings for email.
