Self Service+ also helps you stay secure by giving you visibility and notifying you about your network security status, risky apps, and required updates in real-time.

Requirements:

• iOS 17 or later, iPadOS 17 or later
• Your device must be set up by your organization using Jamf Pro

Changes and Improvements

• The app supports Liquid Glass, Apple's updated visual design, in the notification and navigation areas of the app on iOS 26 or later.
• Users can view data usage and data policy widgets on the Security tab, showing usage against domestic and roaming plans.
• The Home and Browse view in Self Service+ have been combined into a single Browse view. Additionally, the Home option for the Default Landing Page setting in Jamf Pro is removed and Browse is the new default selection.
• Exported log files now include the device and user identifiers in the header, so support does not need to request this information separately.
• Stability improvements prevent app hangs and unexpected crashes.

Accessibility Improvements

• Elements with custom accessibility identifiers and nested interactive controls are reachable and distinguishable when using VoiceOver.

Resolved Issues

• [PI-1242] Fixed: VoiceOver no longer reads app labels and roles twice.
• [PI-1533] Fixed: iBeacon region reporting does not function as expected.
