• european parliament has now articles for changing majority required to pass a directive and abstain mode
• party AI now takes account of affiliation on votes in union parliament
• union has now its own budget, and its bankruptcy will lead to the dissolution of the union
• union has now requirments to join, like positive budget, etc.
• if a lawmaker that is writing a law dies before completition, the law is removed
