TRACK EVERY STEP
Follow payment progress, orders, collection arrangements and products held in HBC custody. Your Vault brings together products you own, their current standing and any documents issued for them.
MEMBERSHIP
View your membership tier and progress, present your Member ID at an HBC counter, and add your membership card to Apple Wallet.
SELL TO HBC
Request a buyback quote for an eligible HBC holding and choose an available settlement option.
AUTHENTICITY AND SUPPORT
Open certificates for eligible registered HBC bars and contact HBC through the Help Centre whenever you need assistance.
