Estimated revenue

A model estimate with a likely range, not a reported figure.

No estimate. Apps outside the grossing charts, and some countries, have no reliable rank-to-revenue curve, so we show nothing rather than a guess.

How this estimate is made

Rank: we take the app's best Top Grossing rank on the latest chart day. Category ranks are converted into an equivalent overall rank, because a #10 in Finance earns far less than a #10 overall.

Curve: that equivalent rank is read off a rank-to-revenue curve anchored on public company revenue and market-data reports for the US iPhone App Store.

Country: the curve is scaled per country (Japan is roughly a third of the US, Türkiye under 1%). Where we have no scale, such as China, there is no estimate.

Range: the likely range widens with country, category and chart depth. It is a plausible span, not a statistical confidence interval.

Not included: ads, payments outside the App Store, and any difference between gross sales and what the developer keeps. Low confidence means indirect data; medium means several independent sources agree.

About this app

Text from the App Store listing.

Organize your work into Spaces and Projects, then move tasks across the columns you define. Every card shows what matters at a glance: a cover image, subtitle, tags, priority, and due date. Open any task and you get a full markdown notes editor with headings, lists, checkboxes, images, and file attachments.

ORGANIZE YOUR WAY

  • Kanban boards with drag-and-drop cards, columns, and dividers
  • A list view for every project, with drag to reorder
  • Spaces group your projects; tags cut across them
  • Smart lists for Inbox, Today, Upcoming, and Flagged
  • Archive completed work, or keep it crossed out on the board

CAPTURE THE DETAILS

  • Rich notes on every task: headings, bold, lists, to-do checkboxes, quotes, and code
  • Attach images and files right in the note
  • Cover images, subtitles, priorities, flags, links, and due dates with reminders

EVERYWHERE YOU WORK

  • Native on Mac, iPhone, iPad, and Apple Vision Pro
  • iCloud sync keeps every device up to date
  • Spotlight search and Shortcuts actions!
  • Multi-select to move, complete, or delete tasks in bulk
  • Light and Dark appearance, color themes, adjustable typography

No accounts. No subscriptions to manage your own tasks. Your data lives in your iCloud.

Boards

  • Collapse a column from its menu. A collapsed column folds to about a third of its width and keeps its name, icon, and count readable; tap it to expand. Cards dropped on it land at the bottom
  • Collapsing more columns stacks them in that one strip, top to bottom in board order: two split it in half, three in thirds. Each block expands, drops, and opens its menu on its own

Sidebar

  • Pin to Top on any project, smart list, or tag keeps it in a Pinned group above the tree, on every device (tester request)
  • Add Divider Above on a space, project, smart list, or tag draws a line, or a blank gap, above it. Settings ▸ Appearance ▸ Sidebar Appearance ▸ Divider Style picks which (tester request)
  • Settings ▸ Appearance ▸ Sidebar Appearance can hide the Spaces, Smart Lists, and Tags titles and the fold chevron on space rows; tapping a space still folds it (tester request)

Built-in lists

  • Inbox, Today, Upcoming, Flagged, and Calendar can be renamed, re-iconed, and recolored: Customize… in a list's menu, or Settings ▸ Appearance ▸ Built-in Lists. Reset to Default puts the stock look back. Widgets follow the custom look (tester request)

Links

  • Copy Link on a project, a built-in list, or a custom smart list copies a kando:// link that opens it from any other app or note (tester request)
  • On iPhone and iPad, selecting text inside a link offers Edit Link… and Remove Link, and so does a long press on a link. A selection spanning several links offers Remove Links. On the Mac the right-click menu offers the same when the cursor or selection sits in a link

Fixes

  • A task could open and then refuse to scroll or accept typing on iPhone. The link pencil was re-measured on every scroll frame while the note was not being edited, rebuilding the editor continuously; notes with very long paragraphs also lay out much faster
  • A TestFlight iPad was shut down by iOS while opening the database during a prewarmed background launch. Kan Do now waits until it is on screen to open your data in that case
