Estimated revenue

A model estimate with a likely range, not a reported figure.

No estimate. Apps outside the grossing charts, and some countries, have no reliable rank-to-revenue curve, so we show nothing rather than a guess.

How this estimate is made

Rank: we take the app's best Top Grossing rank on the latest chart day. Category ranks are converted into an equivalent overall rank, because a #10 in Finance earns far less than a #10 overall.

Curve: that equivalent rank is read off a rank-to-revenue curve anchored on public company revenue and market-data reports for the US iPhone App Store.

Country: the curve is scaled per country (Japan is roughly a third of the US, Türkiye under 1%). Where we have no scale, such as China, there is no estimate.

Range: the likely range widens with country, category and chart depth. It is a plausible span, not a statistical confidence interval.

Not included: ads, payments outside the App Store, and any difference between gross sales and what the developer keeps. Low confidence means indirect data; medium means several independent sources agree.

About this app

Text from the App Store listing.

SoundSpice takes a recording that sounds bad and hands it back clean.

Drop in a file and processing starts at once — no setup screen, no faders, no decisions before you can hear the improvement. SoundSpice measures your sound, repairs what is actually wrong with it, levels it to a loudness target, and shows you exactly what it changed.

WHAT IT FIXES

Applied only where your recording needs it:

  • Mains hum at 50 or 60 Hz, and its harmonics, notched out
  • Background noise, hiss and room tone reduced against a measured noise profile
  • Clipped peaks reconstructed, rumble and DC offset removed, lopsided stereo repaired
  • Harsh sibilance tamed on speech
  • Muddy, boxy or thin tonal balance corrected by wide, gentle automatic EQ
  • Uneven levels steadied; flat, over-compressed audio given its transients back
  • Loudness normalized, true peaks limited to −1 dBTP

Nothing is aggressive: every stage has guardrails, does less when in doubt, and never touches your original file.

EIGHT BLENDS, ONE TAP

Once the repair pass is done, add character — or don't:

  • None — the processed file, with nothing added
  • Natural — gentle warmth below 100 Hz, smooth above 8 kHz
  • Voice — lifts speech presence around 3 kHz and steadies the level
  • Warmth — rounder lows, softer upper mids
  • Brightness — opens the top above 10 kHz, with a touch of width
  • Punch — sharpens transients and firms up the low punch
  • Depth — adds low-end weight that carries on small speakers
  • Vintage — tape-style saturation, softened top end

Each blend has Light, Medium and Strong intensity; switching is instant.

MEASUREMENTS, NOT ADJECTIVES

  • A spectrum comparison — original against processed on a log frequency axis, with the regions the chain acted on shaded
  • Band levels over time — seven bands across the whole file, one shared dB scale, live playhead
  • Before and after: integrated loudness (LUFS), true peak (dBTP), loudness range (LU), noise floor (dBFS)
  • What changed, in plain language — found, then applied; taken from the run itself, so a stage that never fired is never claimed
  • Original / Processed, loudness-matched by default so louder cannot pass for better. Hold to peek at the original

FORMATS AND EXPORT

  • Opens WAV, AIFF, CAF, MP3, AAC/M4A, ALAC, FLAC, Ogg Vorbis, Opus, and the audio of MP4/MOV video, up to 192 kHz
  • Exports M4A (AAC 256 kbps), ALAC, WAV, AIFF or FLAC, source metadata intact
  • A loudness target for where it is going: −14 LUFS Streaming, −16 LUFS Podcast, −23 LUFS Broadcast (EBU R128), or As-is
  • Starts from the share sheet ("Enhance with SoundSpice"), from Files, or by dropping a file anywhere; on Mac, drag the result out into Finder or Mail
  • Many times faster than real time; long files finish in the background

Made for podcasters cleaning up remote recordings, musicians polishing demos, students with field recordings and voice memos, and anyone with no wish to learn what a compressor is.

NOTHING LEAVES YOUR DEVICE

Every measurement and correction runs on your iPhone, iPad or Mac. SoundSpice has no networking code at all: no server, no cloud, no upload, no account, no analytics. Its App Store privacy label reads "Data Not Collected" — a fact about how it is built, not a promise.

ONE PRICE, EVERYTHING INCLUDED

Buy it once and the whole app is yours: no subscription, no in-app purchases, no unlocks, no export limits. Universal purchase covers iPhone, iPad and Mac, and Family Sharing is enabled.

Drop in a sound. Get a better one back. Made in Paris.
