Estimated revenue
A model estimate with a likely range, not a reported figure.
No estimate. Apps outside the grossing charts, and some countries, have no reliable rank-to-revenue curve, so we show nothing rather than a guess.
How this estimate is made
Rank: we take the app's best Top Grossing rank on the latest chart day. Category ranks are converted into an equivalent overall rank, because a #10 in Finance earns far less than a #10 overall.
Curve: that equivalent rank is read off a rank-to-revenue curve anchored on public company revenue and market-data reports for the US iPhone App Store.
Country: the curve is scaled per country (Japan is roughly a third of the US, Türkiye under 1%). Where we have no scale, such as China, there is no estimate.
Range: the likely range widens with country, category and chart depth. It is a plausible span, not a statistical confidence interval.
Not included: ads, payments outside the App Store, and any difference between gross sales and what the developer keeps. Low confidence means indirect data; medium means several independent sources agree.

About this app
Text from the App Store listing.
Pockterm is a native SSH and SFTP client built for iPhone. Free and open source.
CONNECT
- SSH into your servers with passwords or Ed25519/RSA keys
- Trusted host-key verification warns you if a server's key ever changes
- Multiple live sessions; minimize one and pick it back up from the tab bar
BIG SCREEN
- Plug in video glasses like VITURE, or a monitor or TV, and the terminal fills that screen
- Your phone keeps the keyboard and key bar, and shows the session's files where the terminal was
- Its own text size for the glasses, a Paste button, and PgUp/PgDn through the scrollback
MANAGE
- Organize hosts into groups
- Save reusable command snippets
- Generate and store SSH keys in the iOS Keychain
- Set up local and remote port forwards
TRANSFER
- Browse, upload, and download files over SFTP
- Upload from Files, iCloud Drive or your photo library, several files at once
AI ASSISTANT (optional)
- Ask an AI assistant about terminal output and get suggested commands
- Bring your own API key: Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter, or Hugging Face
- Off by default; you're told which provider receives data before anything is sent
PRIVACY
- No account, no Pockterm servers, no tracking or analytics
- Credentials and keys live in the iOS Keychain
- Your connection data stays on your device
OPEN SOURCE
- The full source is on GitHub under the Apache 2.0 licence: github.com/jhancock1975/pockterm
What’s new
Release notes for the latest version, as written by the developer.
Fixed
- Glasses and external displays now work on iOS 27. Plugging in video glasses like VITURE, or a monitor, used to just mirror the phone. Now the terminal fills that screen and the phone keeps the keyboard, as on iOS 26.
