- Busy location channels are fast again. The people list opens instantly even with hundreds of people nearby, and the chat no longer jumps back while you scroll through a fast conversation.
- Your drafts are kept when you switch between mesh, location channels and private chats.
- Join a nearby location channel with one tap, and share channel invites from the share sheet.
- Give someone a local alias on their fingerprint screen. Verified contacts now show a seal in private chats.
- A recent chats section keeps every private conversation within reach.
- A banner tells you when Bluetooth is off or Tor is stalled.
- Panic wipe now asks for confirmation and tells you when it's done.
- On Mac, scan verification QR codes with the camera. @-mention suggestions now work from the keyboard.
- Messages from someone who shares your name are no longer treated as your own.
- Security hardening and fixes throughout, and the app is now fully localized in all 30 supported languages.
