mBCTA is the official app of the Bhutan Construction and Transport Authority (BCTA). Your driving licence, your vehicles and BCTA services, in one place.

You log in with your CID number and a 4-digit PIN. New users can register in the app.

For BCTA staff and Traffic Police officers, the app also includes an officer login.

What's new in 2.1.1

• Digital learner licence: your learner licence is now in the app, with your photo, personal details, licence classes and validity, just like the paper copy.
• Sign in or register with Bhutan NDI: use your NDI wallet instead of a password.
• Stay signed in: you no longer have to log in again every time your session times out.
• Smoother log out: the app shows progress and closes your session cleanly.
• Vehicle reminders: the plate number now shows at full size.
• Stability fixes.
